Why are we doing a residents survey?
In March 2024 Port Sunlight Village Trust (PSVT) adopted its first Resident Engagement Strategy which is now being implemented by the organisation. A big step for us, this work will see PSVT seeking your views on all areas of our work, to help improve our services.
To support the implementation of the strategy, PSVT is undertaking an in-depth survey of all village households. We want to better understand who lives in Port Sunlight and to collect residents’ views on all aspects of village life. This is the first full survey since 2016.
What will the outcome be?
The questions have been shaped by PSVT staff and Port Sunlight residents, and the findings will inform PSVT’s new 5-year Strategic Plan, which will be launched in early 2025 and will shape how we prioritise our work and resources over the coming years.
Who is doing the survey?
We have employed Catherine Simmons and Paul Kelly, independent consultants, to undertake the survey who will already be well known to you. Your views will be held in strict confidence and the Data Protection Act 2018 will be adhered to throughout the process.
When is it happening?
Paper surveys will be delivered from 14th June by a survey team, who will also provide assistance if needed. The online survey will also be open to complete as an alternative to the paper version – use the link below to take the online survey.
The survey team will display identification at all times and their names are Stephen O’Hagan, Annie O’Neill, Reuben Cunningham, Tom Murphy, Josh Coates, Les Carrington, Maria O’Donovan, Robert Alldritt, Paul Kelly and Catherine Simmons.
